Warcraft Millionaire – The Perfect Gold Guide?

There’s been a lot of talk lately about a new comer to what many of us might call an overcrowded gold guide market – that of Warcraft Millionaire.

I’ve read a lot about Brad, the author’s, claims and was quite skeptical at first that anyone could have made 1 million gold in a game that has a gold cap of 214,748 gold, 36 silver, 48 copper. One of my favorite parts of this program though is his Auction House guide. This is by far one of the best Auction House descriptions I have yet read. He deftly weaves descriptions of real world economic concepts into how the game operates and how you can actually play the Auction House like the stock market for exponentially increasing returns. The rest of the guide program provides you with plenty of information about what items you should be looking for and how much money you can expect to make.

With the right approach to the Auction House, you can be sure that you will start making gold just like Brad. While I would have liked to see a bit more intense focus on Outland and a few more grinding locations that don’t require a flying mount, I cannot fault Brad for this one minor issue – the rest of the guide is so well situated (and illustrated) that I can fully believe that he was able to reach his gold level without spending a dime of his own real world money.

Choosing the Best Horde Leveling Guide

So, you play World of Warcraft on the side of the horde? Are you looking for the best horde leveling guide? I'm sure you are, we all want to be the meanest, the best, the... Anyways, in this article, I will try to teach you about one of the best guides you can but to speed up your leveling in WoW!

Most people want to reach level 80 as fast as possible for some common reasons. They want to play the end game content, the want to play high level pvp,...

World of warcraft is not designed to complete over a day, a week, or even a month. In fact, you can never really finish the game, as there is always added new content. If you want to be among the highest ranks in the fame, it will require a lot of time and dedication.

These are some of the best horde leveling guides out there that I can really suggest, you should try them out and see what you think. A free alternative is using an add-on called questhelper, it shows you exactly where to go, and calculates the shortest route to follow, but it doesn't give you the benefit of a guide telling you which quests to take on and which ones to leave out.

How to Earn Gold in World of Warcraft

I am sure everyone knows world of warcraft. It is one of the most popular online games ever. One of the most important factors too have in wow, is gold. It's a challenge to always find new ways to earn more gold, because when you level, you get different skills, and are able to earn more gold.

People used to need to save 100g until they hit level 40 to purchase their mount. This was one of the first high expensive things in the game. Recently, the level requirement and cost requirement for your first mount has been reduced to level 30 and 45g (1g for some classes). It's now easier to afford your first mount, but you still have all the other mounts and riding skills to purchase. A lot of people find it hard to get all that money together.

At level 30-40 you should take up blacksmithing and/or alchemy as your professions, if you haven't already, as they are highly profitable.
At level 58, it's best to go to Outland. You can start farming for elemental motes. You will need primals for the Burning Crusade and you can get these primals through the farming. In the burning crusade, you get flying mounts, which are very expensive. They do get you around Outland a lot faster, and in Outland, you can make a lot of gold.

When you have reached level 60, you can start to take on Herod and kill him to grab his loot. However, you will need the Scarlett Key and Enchanting to do it. You can actually try this when you are in the level 50s although it gets easier the closer you get to 60. Once you have killed Herod, grab the loot and disenchant it. You will get at least 2g or Large Radiant Shard. You can sell the shards. Now, imagine if you have 10 shards, you can have 5 runs in the day and another 5 at night. Just nice for the day and in one week you get at least 140g of gold. Easy task!

Earn Gold in Wow by Playing the AH

Everyone gets into money trouble once in a while while playing wow.

I had been introduced to wow by a friend, and when I got in money trouble, he told me about an easy way to make money. His idea was to buy a Savory Deviate Delight Recipe from the Auction House and learn to make Savory Deviate Delights. This allows you to create a fish that either turns you in a ninja or a pirate when you eat it. It doesn't really have any benefits, but it is quite popular.

I took my friends advice and bought the recipe from the AH. It wasn't cheap, but it was well worth it. The SDDs were selling for high prices on the AH, so I started creating them like crazy, seeing that the cost to produce them is rather low. I made a lot of them, but made sure never to put too much of them up for sale at the same time. You DON'T want to flood the market. The more of any one thing up for sale at one time the lower the price.

After a few days, I was making some good profit, but people started to sell their SDDs for a lower price than mine. I wasn't willing to go any lower, so I came up with a plan. That plan, was a monopoly. I bought all the cheap SDDs myself, and sold them for my price. I also bought all the recipes so no new persons could start making them. This way I could corner the market, and set my own price. Of course there are still those other people who already have the recipe, but I just kept buying their SDDs, eventually they stopped making them, they either stopped the game, or got tired of the cooking profession.

So after a while, I got a monopoly going on. This is a really great way to earn a lot of money, but it takes a lot of time and patience, and I suggest only doing this for about a maximum of 2 weeks straight, you need to play and enjoy the game too!There are TONS of opportunities like this in WoW even today. You just have to be on the lookout for them!

Joana's Horde leveling guide

Ok, the first -and in my opinion one of the best- leveling guide I'm going to suggest to you, is Joana's leveling guide, unfortunately it's a pure Horde guide (Alliance players don't worry, I'll get to you too :)). You might be wondering now why I'm suggesting you a guide that isn't free. Well, there are some good free guides out there, but they don't get updated frequently enough, they focus too much on grinding (yes, this guide focuses on Questing!), or they are only specialised in either higher or lower levels. I really suggest you check out this guide.

Who is Joana?

He is a 28 years old male, who either plays a male character named Mancow or a female character named Joana. In the past he has been first to 60 now on 6 different servers, one of his goals with World of Warcraft is to get to the end level cap on new servers with the least amount of /played time possible, this means each time he levels up through WoW he has been revising his routes in order to achieve a better /played time. So far his best time is 4 days 20 hours /played time to 60, this was done on the Jubei'Thos realm. A couple of tips on making serious amounts of gold in World of Warcraft

As I promised, here are just a couple of tips on making serious amounts of gold in World of Warcraft.

Here are just a couple that hopefully won't get the gold-sellers too angry at me...

Tip 1:

Defias Windmill- This is a great place to farm that can be done at almost any level. This spot was revealed on the official forums right after release and to this day it hasn't changed and is still great.

If you head out to the Gold Coast area in Westfall you will find a windmill on a hill overlooking the beach (there is a murloc camp right below it on the beach). Surrounding this windmill are a ton of Defias mobs that you can kill and get a ton of linen and other good humanoid loot. They are only around level 12 so it easy to do.

What makes this area so great is that their respawn rate is almost immediate. Even at level 60 I can come here and farm linen cloth and they have started respawning before the first of them are even dead.

I'm serious when I say it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to kill them all before new ones respawn.

You can take them on one at a time or AOE if you have the ability and farm non-stop.

You can easily make a lot of money off the linen and low level greens that drop here. In fact, like I said above, this spot is so good that I still grind it at 60 when I need cash fast. You will get numerous stacks of linen and a ton lower level green rank items. This will work at even low levels.

Tip 2:

Dark Iron Mining- This is the gathering technique I routinely use to make 30-60 gold in an hour. Yes, you really can make that much gold using this system.

Dark iron is a very valuable material that is used to craft high-end items and also for reputation gains with the Thorium Brotherhood. Put simply, it is worth a lot of gold. It is only found in two places in the entire game, Blackrock Depths and Molten Core. Obviously, Molten Core is a 40 main raid instance so you can’t sneak in there to get ore. That leaves us with BRD.

Upon entering the BRD instance there is a door to your left. You will need to be able to lockpick it or you will need to have the Shadowforge key to open it (obtained by completing a quest inside BRD).

Once through there you can either walk straight ahead or turn right through another door. You want to walk straight ahead to the area called the Dark Iron Highway. In this area is where you are going to make tons of gold mining ore.

There are numerous dark iron spawn points in this area and on each run you should be able to get to one or two of them. Simply mine the ore, leave and reset the instance to do it all over again. You will need a couple of people at least for this or if you are a rogue or druid you can stealth in. Also, hunters can run in and feign death to escape the mobs around the ore.

Some times you will need to clear some mobs around the ore to mine it. Sometimes it will all be clear for you. Other times it will be behind so many mobs you won’t be able to reach it and will have to reset the instance right away.

A word of warning about the mobs in that area-there are bloodhounds in this area that can see through stealth from very far away for their level. Also, they hit very hard but fortunately don’t have much health. You may have to fight a few of these to get to the ore, but they can easily be soloed if you are careful.

I average about 20-40 dark iron ore per hour using this technique. Considering that dark iron ore sells for anywhere from 1 gold to 4 gold a piece it is easy to see that this is insanely profitable. I had the money for my epic mount using this technique for just two days. It’s that good!

As an added bonus, the dark iron ore points also have a chance to drop the Blood of the Mountain, a component for rare recipes. This sells for around 30-100g. Sometimes I get two of these per day and other times none. If you see one just consider it an extra bonus.

Well, I'm going to try to give you some of the best free tips out there, both for leveling and earning gold, but I'm also going to cover some great guides that I used and found really helpfull, so I hope you will too!
